Located between São Conrado
and Barra da Tijuca, Pedra da Gávea is a granite rock that rises 842 meters
above sea level. Veryeasyto identifybecause it isstraightup. Isbehindthe hilltwobrothers when you look from zona sul (Ipanema, Leblon) Originally
used as a look out for ships in the Atlantic, it's now popular with rock
climbers and those who have a good shape to go all the way up in a trail! The view is a
great reward.
